My rates and policies conform to the standards of the communities in which I work, and thus vary based on where services are rendered.
I have listed my most commonly requested rates and policies below; feel free to contact me for an estimate.
France & European Union
Rates
€ 220 initial 4 hours
€ 50 each hour thereafter
+ 25% evenings, weekends, and holidays
NOTE: My rates are exempt from a TVA of 19.6%
Coverage
Assignments over 2 hours can require an additional interpreter. I can provide qualified referrals to you at no charge, or arrange adequate coverage myself at comparable rates.
Short-notice fee
Assignments scheduled with less than 3 business days notice may incur a €40 fee.
Reimbursable charges
Per Diem: at US Federal per diem rate (varies by location)
Other: travel costs, lodging, etc. may be negotiated at time of request
Cancellations & no shows
Cancellations must be received at least two full business days before the beginning of any assignment. Multi-day assignments cancelled with short notice will be billed up to the two business day cancellation period. No-show assignments will be billed without exception.
Payment
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments will be assessed a 10% fee.
